The term “Transparency” has become increasingly important over the years in SOFTEC, as a leading value which has to be constantly pursued. Our aim is a clear relationship with   our customers, suppliers and, in general, stakeholders, with regard to  any financial aspects involved, in order to be strictly compliant with all anti-corruption laws and practices. 

In 2015 SOFTEC has been conferred by the Antitrust Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) the “Legality Rating”, a specific indicator attesting the compliance  with high legality standards, which include, among others,  financial transparency,  prevention of corporate crime and promotion of corporate social responsibility. 

These transparency principles have been formalized in a proper Code of Conduct internally adopted since 2011, whose acceptance has become mandatory for all our suppliers.

As part of its Transparency policy, Softec pays the highest attention to all EHS aspects and the compliance with the applicable regulation. In this regard, it has been acknowledged by INAIL, the National Institute for the Insurance against Occupational Accidents as eligible for insurance rate reduction.
